"Mayor Pinned at City Hall"

Pembi the Snospree Moose had the honour today of "pinning" the Mayor at City Hall! This special ceremony had Mayor Jacyno astonished at the sheer power of Pembi, the magnificent moose mascot of the City of Pembroke's Snospree Winter Carnival.
