Ontario Travel to the Rideau Canal--Eastern Locks

The Globe and Mail has featured the Rideau Canal twice in one week, once as a cover story in the travel section on Aug. 23, and today in the Auto section. Dedicated as a National Historic site of Canada, visitors are given the house-boat option, or the driving option. I suggested reading both stories on the trips as the preferences and experiences will differ.
