Communities in Bloom

Every year Canadian communities vie for the Communities in Bloom awards according to a variety of criteria including population. The program includes more than 500 communities across the country and offers many categories. The list that follows highlights the 2009 award winners in communities north, northeast, and northwest of Toronto. The community based display and the special efforts to beautify a community are signs that you will be welcomed with open hospitality as a visitor to these communities.
