you will shape your own pottery creations, observe and try different techniques,
and visit several pottery studios. An inspiring day filled with great

Your Arts
Visit the studios of Haliburton County artists while enjoying the beauty
of the Highlands from your bike. Yours Outdoors offers three cycling packages
to suit your pace: 10k, 35k, and 65k rides. These fully supported tours
will take you on a breathtaking (literally!) adventure along scenic back
roads and through small villages and hamlets. Visit local art studios
and explore natural and cultural features along the way.

Put a little sizzle in your life. Warm up to the art in you with an introduction
to glassblowing by artists inspired by nature. Choose from our deluxe

The MacLarenArtCentre is Simcoe County’s regional public art gallery with a year-round programme of contemporary local, regional, national and international exhibitions. Located in downtown Barrie close to the waterfront, the MacLaren is housed in a beautiful, award-winning building that combines a renovated 1917 Carnegie library and a contemporary addition by Siamak Hariri.
