Ontario Farmers' markets in resort destinations north, northeast and northwest of Toronto offer some of the best local foods in the province.  Local produce is abundant in late spring, summer and fall. Local cheese, meat and fresh fish is year round. The Market runs each Saturday, 8:30 to 1pm from the Victoria Day long weekend in May, until the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend.

Come and visit us in beautiful downtown Bracebridge. We are located in Memorial Park on Manitoba Street, next to the Norwood Theatre.

Come Savour the Flavour of Muskoka. Established in 1992 in the heart of Ontario’s scenic cottage country, the Gravenhurst Farmers’ Market has become one of the region’s most popular attractions with over 90 vendors. As many as 80,000 local residents, cottagers, and tourists frequent the market annually to partake in a broad array of fresh Ontario produce, arts and crafts, and special events. More, visitors can enhance their market experience by exploring Gravenhurst’s many excellent shops and restaurants, or enjoying a swim and relaxing picnic at one of the community’s lakeside parks. And following the market visitors can cruise Muskoka’s world-famous lakes aboard the Royal Mail Ship Segwun, North America’s only remaining fully-operational steamship.

Lakefield Farmers' MarketLakefield Farmers' Market - Seasonal

Lakefield Farmers' Market is located in the town of Lakefield,in the heart of the beautiful Kawarthas. Overlooking the Trent-Severn Waterway, and steps away from Isabel Morris Park, the Lakefield Marina, the Lakefield Millenium Trail, and Queen St., the Market is accessible by car, boat or on foot. Our market brings together many local farmers who produce food from the surrounding fertile countryside, a wealth of talented artisans who showcase the creativity of our community, and a variety of interesting prepared food vendors who used locally grown produce in the delicacies they serve.

The Orillia Farmers' Market is one of the longer-running farmers' markets in the province, with its roots in the 1840's at the waterfront.

Today, the market happens every Saturday morning at the Orillia Public Library, which is located downtown by the Opera House.

The Farmers' Market continues to proudly boast of its range of locally produced foods, handmade crafts from around the county and regularly scheduled special events for the family. Our growers look forward to Saturdays on the Market, where they offer fresh-picked produce in season, and naturally raised meats, with a variety of baked goods and ready-to-eat treats in a sociable atmosphere.
