Will 2009 be the season to catch that Ontario record fish? The lakes and rivers north of Toronto are filled with plenty of big
fish waiting for the right angler with the big reel. Many fish species are stocked by the Ministry of Natural Resources raised in an Ontario fish
hatchery. For anglers who like a little competition, try one of the fishing tournaments north of Toronto.
Some of the best fresh water fish can be found a short distance from Toronto on the many lakes and streams and rivers running into Lake Simcoe and
Georgian Bay. Going further north into lakes such as Lake Nipissing-West Nippising, the French River, or Tomiko & Chebogan Lakes provides more

Andorra Lodge
Anglers in search of the "big one" should look no further than Andorra Lodge, nestled in the breathtaking Temagami Region. Net Lake boasts a multitude of species that will keep any fisherman casting with sheer contentment all day long. Wrestle with the tasty walleye (avg. 3lbs.), do battle with northern pike (avg. 6-8lbs.), troll for lake trout (avg. 4-8lbs.) or topwater for the feisty smallmouth bass (avg. 3-6lbs.) We also offer whitefish (avg. 2-3lbs.) and panfish - species that are always willing to play tug-of-war with your line.
Since we are the only lodge on Net Lake, the fish are under-pressured and the waterways are free of boat congestion - two variables that make for fast-paced and exciting angling.
On arrival we provide an orientation trip on Net lake on our pontoon boat. Minnows and worms are sold at the lodge.
Guests may tow their own fishing boats up, or rent one from our fleet of trustworthy and reliable vessels. Our fourteen-foot aluminum boats come equipped with padded swivel seats, all safety equipment as well as a 10 or 15-horsepower Mercury motor.
