FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Registrations are now being accepted for the 2008 Haliburton School of the Arts program.

With over 60 new courses and more than 20 new instructors blended with favourite returns, it's an exciting program.

Painting, guitar, glassblowing, pottery, jewellery, sand sculpture, belly dancing, chainsaw carving, beading, improvisation,

musical instrument construction, choral singing, floor cloths, writing, quilting, and so much more. Retreat on your own or bring the family!

The 2008 program of the Haliburton School of the Arts spans the calendar, the ages, the skill levels, and the seemingly unrestrained range of techniques and media. With an eclectic and extensive variety of courses offered at a range of skill levels, there's something for everyone!

The schedule of courses clearly illustrates our enduring commitment to art and craft education and the enrichment of the arts community. Weeklong adult courses are accepted as credits toward Fleming College's Visual & Creative Arts Diploma. There are also courses that are part of the Expressive Arts Ontario Graduate Certificate from Fleming College.
