Near Record Snow Falls For Southern Georgian Bay

January 22, 2008…The region around Midland and Penetanguishene have experienced near record snowfalls over the past weekend with more than three feet of snow following two days of non stop lake effect snow off of Georgian Bay. The new deluge of snow has ski hills, x-country trails and snowmobile trails at their peak for outdoor winter fun.
