Family Day Ontario February 2011 Holiday

Family Day Background: This is the newest public holiday in Ontario and his held the third Monday in February and coincides with Ontario Heritage week, and Canada's National Heritage Day.

Family Day Travel North in Ontario Canada…....Winter 2011. Family Day coincides with one of the busiest winter carnival and fun festival event months in Ontario. The Monday holiday; the third Monday of February (February 21, 2011) also coincides with the beginning of Ontario Heritage Week (February 21-27) and Canada Heritage Day. The 2011 Heritage Day theme coincides with Parks Canada celebrating 100 years as the world's first parks service. Ontario February Events are abundant for family day weekend.
