Simcoe County Quilt, Rug & Craft Fair 2007

Quilt Show Viewers’ Choice Results

Midhurst October 2, 2007 – The Simcoe County Quilt, Rug & Craft Fair 2007 was held from September 14th to 16th at the Simcoe County Museum. Every year, visitors are invited to view the displays of quilts, wall-hangings and clothing items produced by quilters from across Simcoe County. Visitors were asked to vote on their favourite item in select categories. The winners of the Viewer’s Choice awards for 2007 were as follows:

• Quilt Winner Diane Bewick “Celtic”
• Wall Hanging Winner Elaine McGee “The Lone Pine”
• Clothing Winner Jacquelene Ridout “Chenille Jacket”

The Simcoe County, Kempenfelt, Georgian Bay, Orillia and Slope to Shore Quilters’ Guilds wish to thank everyone who voted in this year’s Viewers’ Choice competition.
