FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The 2009-2010 Grade 4 or 5 SnowPass IS BACK
for skiers or snowboarders North of Toronto
The Snow Pass website indicates that students born in either 1999 or 2000 will qualify for this excellent chance to experience one
of Ontario’s favorite winter sports for FREE.
The Grade 4 or 5 SnowPass provides kids in Grade 5 (or born in 1999 or 2000) with up to three free lift passes at each participating
ski area in the province or region where they live. Snow passes can be used at Ontario cross country ski facilities, for downhill skiing or snowboarding.
For the ‘first-time skier’ many ski/snowboard areas offer discounted or free lesson coupons to Grade 4& 5 pass
holders. All of the participating ski/snowboard areas have specially designed programs for beginners and most have designated learning areas that
will make it easy. The pass is good starting in December 2009 through the entire 2010 snow season.
