Ottawa, Ontario - GULLFEST, July 4-5 at the Gull River, Minden, Ontario, will host the first whitewater race event weekend of an exciting, new summer race series. Over 80 athletes from across Canada, United States and Europe will be competing. The series mission will combine all whitewater disciplines with a focus on slalom and paddling diversity to determine an over-all Male/Female Point winners will culminate in the first ever U23 (Under 23) Championship. The series events will feature slalom, downriver sprint, boatercross and freestyle in which points will be awarded to each athlete for their finishing position.
