Winter sports and outdoor activities in Ontario offer a
means of experiencing the best of Ontario winters, getting the kids off
the computer, and perhaps generating a new passion for a Canadian winter
outdoor activity...an a future Olympian. At a minimum we encourage all
Canadians to put on that Toque, get a toboggan, sleigh or snow tube and
experience the ups and downs on a winter hill. Often a passion develops
for an outdoor sport after experiencing a vacation destination in Ontario
and trying out a new adventure for the first time.
