Located on the shores of Georgian Bay in Penetanguishene, the King’s Wharf Theatre is a only 45 minute drive from Collingwood, Barrie and Orillia. Nestled within Discovery Harbour, the 385-seat theatre is flanked by majestic tall ships and historic buildings . This unique theatre is operated by award-winning Drayton Entertainment, a registered not-for-profit charitable organization and one of Canada’s most successful professional theatre companies.
Each year Drayton Entertainment present the finest in live theatre to over 250,000 patrons across Ontario at the original Drayton Festival Theatre, Huron Country Playhouse and Playhouse II in Grand Bend, King’s Wharf Theatre in Penetanguishene, Dunfield Theatre in Cambridge and St. Jacobs Country Playhouse and the Schoolhouse Theatre in St. Jacobs.

In 2018 we’re Open Every Day, from Thursday May 24 through Monday October 8 (Thanksgiving Day). Guided tours launch every half hour between 10 am and 3:30 pm.
