Visitors to JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka will find a magical blend of pristine nature and luxury at this year-round resort and spa located just two and a half hours north of Toronto. Stunning views of Lake Rosseau are the backdrop to relaxation, gourmet dining and a range of activities for all ages.
The building’s interiors and public spaces were designed by internationally recognized designer Frank Nicholson. A year-round indoor/outdoor pool is complemented by the comprehensive Spa Rosseau, which offers a range of services including body wraps, massage and hydrotherapy treatments. A brand-new zip line, fully-equipped fitness centre, kids’ playroom and games room will keep everyone entertained no matter what the weather.
Executive Chef Shaun Crymble leads the resort’s culinary team, delivering delicious dining experiences at the restaurants and conference centre. During the warmer summer months, wood-fired pizza is baked to order outdoors at The Deck lakeside bistro. In peak season there are four restaurants in total.
Cottages restaurant expands to include outdoor patio dining in summer; “grab ‘n’ go” is offered at Country Market resort shop and café. A crafted cocktail from Lakes lobby bar tastes even better against a spectacular sunset. For dinner year-round, two specialty restaurants: Teca “simply Italian” and Muskoka Chophouse, the place for Certified Angus Beef. Both offer eclectic wine lists worthy of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
