Thanksgiving is one of the biggest family holidays of the year. Families gather and enjoy fall colours and the fall harvest accompanied by the traditional roasted turkey dinner. It is a busy travel weekend as family members from near and far gather for a celebration. This weekend usually holds great family and kids events, fall fairs and other festivals, craft shows and artisan/farmers’ markets.
